Giveaway rules

Effective 2 September 2026. Version 1.0. These rules form part of our terms and conditions and apply to every giveaway run on NuEraX.

1. Who runs the giveaway

The promoter is GTLC FZE, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Where a seller's prize is featured in their show, the giveaway is still run and drawn by NuEraX. Sellers cannot run their own draws, choose the winner, or require a purchase.

2. Who can enter

• You must be 18 or over.
• You must have a NuEraX account and be resident in the country the giveaway is open to, as stated on the entry screen.
• Employees of NuEraX and GTLC FZE, the seller running the show, and their immediate families, cannot enter.
• One entry per person per giveaway. Multiple accounts are disqualified.
• Entry is not open where it would be unlawful.

3. How to enter

When a giveaway is running in a live show, tap Enter on the giveaway banner. That is the only step. It is free and requires no purchase, no subscription, and no payment of any kind.

Entry closes when the countdown on the banner ends. Entries received after that are not included.

4. The prize

• The prize and its value are stated on the entry screen before you enter.
• Prizes are goods. Cash prizes are not offered.
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Delivery of the prize is free and is arranged the same way as an order. You will be asked for a delivery address.
• Any tax on the prize is the winner's responsibility.

5. How the winner is chosen

• The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries by a random number generator.
• The draw runs once, live on screen, at the time stated in the show.
• The result is final and cannot be re-run. Every draw is recorded permanently with the time it ran, the pool of entrants at that moment, the random seed used, and the result. That record cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, including us.
• The winner is announced in the show and notified in the app.

6. Redraws

A redraw happens only for one of the reasons below, and only as a new, separately recorded draw. The original result always remains in the record.

• The winner is not eligible under section 2.
• The winner is disqualified for breaching our community guidelines.
• The winner does not claim the prize within the period in section 7.

A redraw is announced, with the reason, and drawn from the same pool of entrants excluding the disqualified or unresponsive winner.

7. Claiming, and unclaimed prizes

The winner has 14 days from being notified to confirm their delivery address in the app. If they have not, the prize is treated as unclaimed and a redraw is held under section 6. Any second winner has a further 14 days. If a prize is still unclaimed after that, it is withdrawn.

8. Permits and authorities

Giveaways open to entrants in the United Arab Emirates are run under a sales promotion permit issued by the Department of Economic Development of the relevant emirate. The permit number for each giveaway is shown on the entry screen. Where required, the draw is conducted in the presence of an official from that authority.

Giveaways open to entrants in Australia are run as trade promotions. Where the total prize value requires it, they are run under the relevant state permit or authority, and the number is shown on the entry screen and in the advertising for that giveaway.

9. Your information

We use your account details to run the giveaway, verify eligibility, and deliver the prize. The winner's username is announced in the show and in the app. We may be required to give the winner's details to a permit authority. See our privacy policy.

10. General

• We may cancel or change a giveaway where something outside our control makes it necessary, or where it is required by law or by a permit authority. If we do, we will say so in the show and in the app.
• Our decision on eligibility and disqualification is final.
• These rules are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you enter from Australia, this does not remove any right you have under Australian law.
